One of the best ingredients one can find from the ocean. Yes it is expensive compared to other types of meat but it is never a bad idea to give yourself and your loved ones a little treat every now and then. 

What's the best way to cook scallops? My personal preference is to have them grilled with four simple ingredients - butter, lemon, garlic and parsley. We are coming up with a recipe index in the near future. So stay tuned!

For the nutrition geeks, scallops are an excellent source of vitamin B12 and phosphorus. They are also a very good source of protein, selenium and choline. They are rich in minerals such as zinc, magnesium and potassium.
