The only best way to cook this is to steam it. Place the defrosted fish on a plate with some ginger, then steam it for 6 minutes. Bring to a boil a mixture of some light soy-sauce, rock sugar, water/wine and some garlic oil, then simply pour it on top of the fish, then it is ready to serve!
