First and foremost, thanks for shopping at Family Foods Market. In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Goods sold are strictly not refundable unless wrong products are shipped. Under such circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours at 010-4653100 with pictures showing proof of issue.
Unfortunately since our goods are all temperature-controlled perishable goods, returns are not possible. We hope for your understanding because going through another round of transportation back to our warehouse can severely impact the quality of our products. This initiative is meant to protect both you and our company because we want to ensure our next customers are sold only the new items and not the returned goods that could have deteriorated in their quality.
