One of the best ingredients one can find from the ocean. Yes it is expensive compared to other types of meat but it is never a bad idea to give yourself and your loved ones a little treat every now and then. What's the best way to cook scallops? My personal preference is to have them grilled with four simple ingredients - butter, lemon, garlic and parsley. We are coming up with a recipe index in the near future. So stay tuned!

For the nutrition geeks, scallops are an excellent source of vitamin B12 and phosphorus. They are also a very good source of protein, selenium and choline. They are rich in minerals such as zinc, magnesium and potassium. 

Available for sale in different sizes, which represents the number of scallops in a 1kg pack. 

The smaller the number (e.g. 10-20), the less scallops for you to share but you get bigger scallops  
The bigger the number (e.g. 60-80), the more scallops for you to share but you get smaller scallops.
